Box Office: ‘Baaghi 2’ has best opening of 2018

Tiger Shroff’s latest flick ‘Baaghi 2’ has got off to a flying start at the box office – the biggest opening of 2018 so far.

According to Box Office India, the film’s morning occupancy was around 50% with a 3400 screen release. The occupancy of ‘Padmaavat’ was a little more at 3750 screens. However, ‘Baaghi 2’ numbers were much higher as ‘Padmaavat’ release was affected due to protests against the film.

It remains to be seen how ‘Baaghi 2’ will prove later today and over the weekend. The Easter holiday weekend will certainly work in the film’s favour.
