Overnights: Star Plus stays top; Hum TV & Geo TV follow

Star Plus remained the UK’s most watched Asian TV channel on Thursday, with Pakistani broadcasters Hum TV and Geo TV following in second and third place respectively, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

Star Plus delivered 0.16% share with ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ in lead. It was watched by 103,700 viewers, followed by ‘Tu Sooraj Mein Saanjh Piyaji’ at 19:00 with 70,100 viewers and ‘Kulfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 67,200 viewers.

Hum TV was in second place with a share of 0.06%. Its top rated shows on Thursday were ‘Teri Meri Kahani’ at 22:00 with 28,100 viewers, followed by ‘Maa Sadqay’ at 23:30 with 18,200 viewers and ‘Dil-e-Muztar’ at 21:00 with 16,900 viewers.

Geo TV and Sony Entertainment Television both raked in a share of 0.05%. The latter’s top show was ‘Mere Sai’ at 19:30 with 38,600 viewers.

Colors’ ‘Bepannaah’ was the channel’s most watched show with 11,700 viewers at 21:00.

ZEE TV scored a share of 0.02% with ‘Ishq Subhan Allah’ on top with 9,900 viewers and ‘Jeet Gaye Toh Piya Morrey’ at 22:00 with 9,600 viewers.

Star Gold also did well with a share of 0.05%. Its top film was ‘Aap Mujhe Ache Lagane Lage’ at 21:00 with 10,400 viewers.
