Sanjay Dutt to star in Sajid-Farhad’s musical comedy

Sanjay Dutt has confirmed that he will be starring in his musical comedy titled ‘Blockbuster’, helmed by Sajid-Farhad.

A source told Mirror, “The film marks Sanjay’s return to the comedy genre. The team had conducted an extensive recee in Goa and Mauritius for the multi-starrer being produced by Sandeep Singh who had earlier collaborated with the actor on Bhoomi. A big studio is expected to come onboard as co-producers shortly.”

Singh said that the film will be shot in Mauritius from April. He told the publication, “The musical-comedy will have five songs and we are currently in the process of finalising the ensemble cast.”

Dutt is currently shooting for Tigmanshu Dhulia’s ‘Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster’.
