Saif Ali Khan & R Madhavan no longer reuniting in historical drama

Saif Ali Khan and R Madhavan were all set to reunite after ‘Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein’, (which was seventeen years ago,) in Navdeep Singh’s yet untitled, historical film. Now, it looks like the film will have to continue without Madhavan, as he is recuperating from shoulder surgery.

Mirror reports that Madhavan has opted out of the film because of his shoulder injury, which he contracted at the gym, and was operated on last week. He confirmed, saying, I am injured badly and out of any film shoot for the next two months. Right now I’m just taking total rest.”

Madhavan was last seen in the Amazon original series ‘Breathe’ (2018).
