Akshay Kumar all set for double role in ‘Kanchana 2’ remake?

It was only a couple of months ago that Akshay Kumar expresses a desire to do a horror comedy, confirming that he was on the look out for such a script. Now comes news that the actor has indeed signed a project in the horror genre but also that he’s expected to be seen in a double role.

BizAsiaLive.com reported in December that Kumar would be seen in the Hindi remake of ‘Kanchana 2: Ganga’ (2015). Kumar is looking to shed his clean image which he has delved into with socially thought-provoking films in his last few films.

Deccan Chronicle reports that Taapsee Pannu will reprising her role from the original for this Hindi version.
