Overnights: Star Bharat excels in Wednesday’s UK ratings

Star Bharat has been on a ratings high recently with an impressive run in the UK. It once again emerged as one of the most watched Asian TV channels on Wednesday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

Star Bharat fetched a share of 0.06% – that was more than ZEE TV with 0.03%, Sony Entertainment Television and Colors with 0.02%. Star Plus remained top but its share dropped to 0.19%.

Star Plus’ top rated shows on Wednesday were ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 110,700 viewers, followed by ‘Tu Sooraj Mein Saanjh Piyaji’ at 19:00 with 94,300 viewers and ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 18:00 with 89,900 viewers. ‘Ishqbaaaz’ at 21:30 and ‘Ikkyawan’ at 20:30 were the least watched original shows at 21:30 and 20:30 respectively with 18,200 viewers and 25,000 viewers.

Star Bharat’s ‘Saam Dhaam Dhand Bhed’ at 19:00 topped ratings with 37,100 viewers, followed by ‘Jiji Maa’ at 19:30 with 35,300 viewers and repeat of ‘Jiji Maa’ at 17:30 with 20,600 viewers.

ZEE TV’s ‘Bhootu’ Maha Sangam at 22:00 pulled in 21,300 viewers, followed by ‘Aisi Deewangi’ at 21:30 with 12,100 viewers and ‘Woh Apna Sa’ at 19:30 with 6,800 viewers.

Sony Entertainment Television’s top rated shows were ‘Mere Sai’ at 19:30 with 33,100 viewers, followed by ‘Super Dancer’ repeat with 5,200 viewers at 18:30.

Colors’ top show on Wednesday was ‘Tu Aashiqui’ at 20:30 with 22,700 viewers.

Hum TV did well with a share of 0.08%. Its top rated shows on Wednesday were ‘Mere Meherbaan’ at 21:00 with 54,700 viewers and ‘Mein Maa Nahi Bana Chahti Hoon’ at 22:00 with 31,800 viewers. ‘Maa Sadqay’ at 19:30 pulled in 20,400 viewers.

Hum Masala raked in a share of 0.04% and Geo TV stood with 0.02% share.
