Shreya Ghoshal’s songs cut from ‘Padmaavat’
Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmaavat’ is all set for release on 25th January, with amendments made as asked for by the CBFC. In terms of the film’s music, it appears that three songs of Shreya Ghoshal’s have been cut from the film.
A source revealed to Spotboye, “Shreya had three songs in the album but because of the changes in the script, her songs had to be left out. The makers had no option than to remove those songs after the recommendations from the CBFC”.
The popular singer explained to a fan of hers on Twitter that this is part and parcel of being a part of such a big film.
Sweetheart.. Please don’t be upset. These things happen during the creative process of making an extraordinary film. It’s unavoidable. There are many songs recorded in a film, then script changes, scenes get modified. So some good songs gets unfortunately left out unintentionally
