John Abraham to host screening of ‘Parmanu’ to PM Narendra Modi?

John Abraham is set for his next release, a political thriller, titled ‘Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran’. As the film is relevant to today’s times, Abraham is reportedly very interested in screening the film for Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Filmfare reports a source saying, “Since the film has a tremendous political relevance even today, John and his producer Prernaa Arora are very keen to show Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran to the Prime Minister.”

Arora also confirmed that, contrary to rumors of a postponement, ‘Parmanu’ will be releasing on time. She said, “There are rumors and false reports that we are not releasing on February 23. Just because we shifted our other February release Pari to March doesn’t mean our production house Kriarj is moving Parmanu as well. We are releasing Parmanu on February 23, come what may.”

‘Parmanu’ also stars Diana Penty, and tells the story of the experimental nuclear explosions that were conducted by the Indian Army on Pokhran.
