Karan Johar: “Kajol and Aishwarya are superstars in their own right”

Filmmaker Karan Johar returns to the small screen with a talent based reality show, which goes on air this weekend.

At a press conference for the show, he was asked several questions and one reporter asked him why the industry is male dominated, reports DNA India.

In reply, Johar said, “I think you can’t say that. Kajol and Aishwarya (Rai Bachchan) are superstars in their own right. But we also need to understand that our attention span is very limited now. I will be happy to see a female superstar because they deserve it.”
