Overnights: Hum TV & Hum Masala inch closer to Star Plus

Hum TV and Hum Masala got close to overtaking Star Plus, as the latter’s share slipped on Monday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

Star Plus remained top with a share of 0.12%, while Hum TV and Hum Masala both grabbed a 0.08% share each. Colors also did well with 0.06% and Sony Entertainment Television impressed with 0.05%.

‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ was Star Plus’ top show on Monday with 78,400 viewers at 18:00, followed by ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 74,900 viewers, ‘Tu Sooraj Mein Saanjh Piyaji’ at 19:00 with 65,700 viewers and ‘Meri Durga’ at 18:30 with 42,000 viewers.

Hum TV’s top rated shows on Monday were ‘Diyar-e-Dil’ at 21:00 with 44,800 viewers, followed by ‘De-Ijaazat’ at 22:00 with 39,200 viewers and ‘Pagli’ at 20:00 with 21,800 viewers.

Hum Masala’s top performers on Monday were ‘Handi’ at 21:00 with 29,400 viewers, followed by ‘Tarka’ at 20:00 with 27,800 viewers and ‘Evening With Shireen’ at 17:00 with 21,800 viewers.

Colors’ ‘Bigg Boss 11’ remained the most watched show with 67,900 viewers, followed by ‘Laado 2’ at 22:00 with 25,700 viewers and repeat of the show at 16:30 pulled in 21,300 viewers.

Sony TV had a bumper day with good ratings for most day parts on Monday. Its top shows were ‘Mere Sai’ at 19:30 with 19,700 viewers, followed by ‘Porus’ at 20:30 with 16,900 viewers and ‘Rishta Hum Likhenge Naya’ at 21:00 with 12,900 viewers.

Geo TV also scored a share of 0.05% with ‘Khaani’ at 20:00 pulling in 21,900 viewers.

ZEE TV’s share was up to 0.03%. Its top rated shows were ‘Kundali Bhagya’ at 14:00 and ‘Piyaa Albela’ at 14:30 with 14,300 viewers each.

ARY Family reported a zero share again.
