Mallika Sherawat to be evicted out of Paris apartment?

Mallika Sherawat is currently living in Paris with boyfriend Cyrille Auxenfans. It is being reported that they could possibly be evicted from their apartment, as they haven’t paid rent to their landlord, who has taken them to court.

BBC reports that Sherawat and Auxenfans have not paid their rent to “show their annoyance”, due to a dispute they had with their landlord, when Sherawat was assaulted in the building lobby last year, as according to their lawyer. The landlord has “requested the seizure of furniture and a luxury watch”, and  the landlord’s lawyer says that the couple owe 78,786.73 euros in rent, also saying,”We are talking about 46m euros in revenue and a fortune of 140 million. We are far from the tenant in difficulty.”

Sherawat and Auxenfans’ lawyer has said that the couple is facing “temporary financial difficulties.”

Sherawat was last seen in the Chinese film, ‘Time Raiders’ (2016).
