Rohit Shetty & Sunil Grover to host ZEE Cine Awards 2017

Rohit Shetty is known to be the face of Colors’ hit show ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ and he’s now taking his hosting expertise to this year’s ZEE Cine Awards, for the first time. Shetty is all set to host the show with comedian Sunil Grover.

DNA reports an source saying, “Rohit is known for his one-liners and comic timing. Also, all the actors are comfortable with him. Besides, he has a pulse on what the audience wants. His films like the Golmaal series and Chennai Express prove that his movies are among the biggest entertainers. Even the action-adventure show that he hosted on television has been a huge success this year. It was among the top five shows on the small screen. The filmmaker is affable and entertaining, which makes him the perfect host.”

Shetty also confirmed, saying, “Apart from direction, I also like hosting shows. This year, I will host the ZEE Cine Awards.”

Shetty’s next direction will be Ranveer Singh starrer, ‘Simmba’.
