Overnights: Star Plus comes roaring back at No.1 on Monday in UK

After being dislodged from the No.1 position over the weekend, Star Plus’ ratings bounced back up in a huge way on Monday, with a share of nearly 0.30%, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

The channel was comfortably ahead of its rivals with three times the share of its second placed rival, Hum Masala, which delivered 0.07%. Star Plus’ top rated shows were ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 164,000 viewers, followed by ‘Chakravyuh’ at 20:00 with 104,700 viewers, ‘Tu Sooraj Mein Saanjh Piyaji’ at 19:00 with 102,300 viewers and ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 18:00 with 93,000 viewers.

Hum Masala was in second place with ‘Evening With Shireen’ at 17:00 raking in 22,600 viewers. Hum TV was in third with a share of 0.06% with ‘Thori Si Wafa’ at 19:30 raking in 48,500 viewers, followed by ‘Gumrah’ at 22:00 with 20,500 viewers and ‘Diyar-e-Dil’ at 21:00 with 17,100 viewers.

Colors registered a share of 0.05% with ‘Bigg Boss 11’ pulling in 51,400 viewers, followed by ‘Tu Aashiqui’ at 20:30 with 26,600 viewers.

Sony Entertainment Television raked in 0.03% with ‘Mere Sai’ on top with 36,800 viewers and ZEE TV was behind with 0.02%. Its top show was ‘Aisi Deewangi’ at 21:30 with 23,900 viewers.

Star Bharat also delivered a 0.02% share with ‘Savdhaan India’ at 22:00 pulling in 12,300 viewers.
