Overnights: Hum TV & Colors beat Star Plus on Sunday in UK

After getting a battering in UK ratings on Saturday by Colors, the channel was once again beaten to the top by Hum TV and Colors on Sunday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

Hum TV was by far the most watched Asian TV channel on Sunday with a share of 0.09%, followed by Colors with 0.07%, Star Plus and Hum Masala with 0.05% and PTC Punjabi next with 0.04%.

The top rated show on Hum TV was ‘Tumhari Maryum’ repeat at 13:00 with 40,600 viewers, followed by repeat of ‘Daldal’ at 14:00 with 39,100 viewers, ‘La Hasil’ at 21:00 with 31,900 viewers.

Colors stayed strong with ‘Bigg Boss 11’ with 82,800 viewers at 21:00. It was the most watched show on UK Asian television on Sunday. It was followed by ‘Desi Beat’ at 19:30 with 12,200 viewers and ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ at 18:00 with 6,100 viewers.

Star Plus underperformed on Sunday with ‘Dance Champions’ at 21:00 pulling in 32,700 viewers, followed by ‘The Great Indian Laughter Challenge’ at 20:00 with 29,100 viewers. The new series of ‘TED Talks India’ at 19:00 could only rake in 6,200 viewers.

ZEE TV’s top show on Sunday was ‘Dance India Dance’ at 20:30 with 11,000 viewers, followed by movie ‘Half Girlfriend’ at 13:00 with 8,900 viewers.

Sony Entertainment Television’s ‘Super Dancer’ at 20:00 continued to climb with 20,300 viewers.

On Geo TV, movie ‘Karachi Se Lahore’ at 21:00 delivered 14,700 viewers.

Sony MAX was biggest movie channel on Sunday with ‘Sindoor’ pulling in 6,900 viewers, followed by ‘Veer Zaara’ with 6,700 viewers.
