Star Gold HD UK launch details confirmed

As revealed first on BizAsiaLive.com , Star Gold HD UK will be launching on the Sky platform this month.

We can now confirm that the Star Gold HD will be added to the Sky EPG on Wednesday 6th December. This will be Star TV UK’s second HD channel, along with Star Plus HD.

Star Gold HD will simulcast programming from the existing standard definition (SD) version. It will be available to all Sky HD customers on Sky EPG 809, while the SD version will move to the end of the International EPG line-up. For viewers, who do not subscribe to the Sky HD package, will continue to receive Star Gold SD.
