Salman Khan shows support for SLB’s ‘Padmavati’

Salman Khan, who has worked with Sanjay Leela Bhansali, has come out in full support of the filmmaker and his next film ‘Padmavati’ which is currently embroiled in controversy.

“No decision should be made without seeing the film Padmavati. Sanjay Leela Bhansali makes lovely films and there is nothing wrong with his movies,” said Khan, according to News 18.

Various film bodies have also shown support for the film, after there has been a shadow cast on the release due to groups opposing and protesting against it.

Khan also mentioned that it is the role of the CBFC to judge whether a film is suitable for release.
