Nakuul Mehta to grace AVTA 2017 event in London

Popular television star, Nakuul Mehta will be attending this year’s Asian Viewers Television Awards, BizAsiaLive.com can exclusively reveal.

Mehta, known for his role as Shivaay Singh Oberoi in ‘Ishqbaaaz’, will be in London for the black-tie event, which takes place on Saturday 2nd December. Incidentally, he’s also up for the Best Actor award in the Star Plus show.

‘Ishqbaaaz’ has proved a huge hit for Star Plus, not only for Shivaay’s relationship with his two brothers (Rudra and Omkar) but also his chemistry with Anika, played by Surbhi Chandna.

AVTA 2017 will also see Drashti Dhami attend the event, along with Karan Tacker, who returns to hosting duties for the fourth year.

AVTA 2017 remains the UK’s only event to celebrate Asian television. The event is helmed by media legend, Rajan Singh.
