Hum TV files court petition to wind-up Evolution Media Network

Hum Network UK Limited (Hum TV) has filed a petition in the High Court to wind-up the business of media agency, Evolution Media Network.

The Gazette has published a petition order, which will be heard at Companies Court, Royal Courts of Justice on Monday 27th November.

As revealed earlier on BizAsiaLive.com , the two companies have been in a legal tussle. It stems back to last year when Hum TV and Evolution Media Network had a falling out over financial arrangements. Prior to the deal, Evolution Media Network was handling the broadcaster’s account since 2014.
