With rumours about Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone’s relationship taking centre-stage again ahead of the release of ‘Padmavati’, it seems the two had a bit of a heated row recently.

While the two have never admitted being in a relationship, one can’t overlook the sizzling chemistry they share be it on screen or off. A few weeks ago, rumours of the two parting ways had surfaced but it seems the alleged couple is very much together.

Recently, Singh and Padukone decided to go on a date night together, which allegedly ended up in an argument. Could it be a publicity stunt prior to the release of ‘Padmavati’ or are things really not looking as rosey?

A few weeks ago, a source told PinkVilla that the alleged relationship came to an end, “Ranveer and Deepika have been together for five years. They are no longer a couple. There was no bitter parting. They just drifted apart. They both tried to make it work with the help of their supportive families who wanted to ensure that the relationship made it to the altar. That was one of the problems with the relationship. Ranveer wanted a marriage. Deepika completely opposed the idea, arguing that marriage would affect her career at its prime.”
