Overnights: Sony MAX overtakes ZEE TV & Colors on Thursday

Sony MAX continued its strong performance on Thursday, beating ZEE TV and Colors in UK ratings, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

Sony MAX delivered 20,600 viewers for its coverage of Pakistan and Sri Lanka cricket at 16:15 – peaking at 49,400 viewers. The channel had a share of 0.06%.

Colors’ top show on the channel was ‘Bigg Boss 11’ at 21:00 with 38,300 viewers, followed by ‘Tu Aashiqui’ at 20:30 with 22,800 viewers and ‘Savitri Devi College & Hospital’ at 19:00 with 20,800 viewers. The channel recorded a share of 0.05%.

Star Plus remained the UK’s most watched Asian TV channel with a share of 0.26%. The top rated show on the channel was ‘Naamkarann’ at 21:00 with 117,400 viewers, followed by ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 98,500 viewers, ‘Chakravyuh’ at 20:00 with 83,300 viewers and ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 18:00 with 72,100 viewers.

On Sony Entertainment Television, ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ at 21:00 delivered 25,300 viewers, followed by ‘Mere Sai’ at 19:30 with 18,600 viewers and ‘Beyhadh’ at 20:30 with 16,600 viewers. ‘Ek Deewana Tha’ at 22:00 was up to 14,400 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Shab-e-Zindagi’ at 21:00 was watched by 22,100 viewers, followed by ‘Main Maa Nahi Bana Chahti Hoon’ at 22:00 with 10,300 viewers.

On Hum Masala, ‘Main Abdul Qadir Hoon’ at 20:00 pulled in 39,400 viewers, followed by ‘Tarka’ at 22:00 with 36,300 viewers and ‘Mazedar Daal Sabzi’ at 12:30 with 36,000 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Main Akeli’ at 22:00 raked in 11,800 viewers, followed by ‘Sawera’ repeat at 23:00 with 10,100 viewers.
