Ajay Devgn holds Milan Luthria responsible for ‘Baadshaho’ failure?

What do the films ‘Kachche Dhaage’ (1999), ‘Chori Chori’ (2003), and ‘Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai’ (2010) all have in common? That’s right, actor Ajay Devgn and director Milan Luthria. This pairing have given a number successful films together over the years, however their last project ‘Baadshaho’ (2017) didn’t do too well.

DNA India reports that in a recent interview, Devgn held Luthria responsible and said that after the release of the first track ‘Mere Rashke Qamar’, the promotional strategy and the content that were shown from the film went wrong.

Adding to the dissapointment, the majority of the audiences had an issue with the sudden ending of the film. Devgn reportedly shared that he didn’t like the ending either. “I fought with the director as well, we had shot for something else but I don’t know why he didn’t include that in the end,” he said. Maybe, the ‘something else’ would have made all the difference,” he said.
