Rajkummar Rao’s ‘Newton’ official Indian entry for Oscars 2018

Rajkummar Rao’s release ‘Newton’ has been named the official Indian entry for next year’s Oscars.

He took to Twitter to share the news. He said, “Very happy to share this news that #NEWTON is India’s official entry to the #OSCARS this year. Congratulations team.”

‘Newton’ also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Anjali Patil, Raghubir Yadav and Sanjay Mishra in a cameo appearance. The film is distributed by Drishyam Films.
