Karan-Salman come together for Aayush’s debut?

Karan Johar and Salman Khan were to collaborate as producers for a film that was to star Akshay Kumar, based on the Battle of Saragarhi. Although this has been put on the backburner, it seems the two could still be set to join hands for the debut film of Khan’s brother-in-law Aayush Sharma.

It has been rumoured that Sharma’s debut will be happening under Salman Khan Films and Khan himself has apparently locked a number of scripts to kickstart his career. A source told Deccan Chronicle, “The project that will take off by year-end will have a topnotch leading lady opposite Aayush. It was reported that Salman’s buddy Katrina Kaif would fill in the heroine’s space with Aayush. But sources close to the project refute this rumour. Katrina won’t suit Aayush. Salman Bhai is looking at a younger face opposite Aayush”.

So, it seems the hunt for Sharma’s heroine is ongoing.
