‘Race 3’ to be Salman Khan’s first 3D film?

Recently, there have been reports that Salman Khan would be taking up the next in the ‘Race’ franchise with ‘Race 3’. It’s now also being said that the film will be shot in 3D, a first for the actor.

Filmfare reports a source explaining, “Salman loved the script of Race 3 and has asked Remo to come on board as the director. The schedules for Race 3 remain the same as Go Daddy so that works for both — the actor and the filmmaker. The plan is to make Race 3 in 3D format. That’s going to be huge because India has never witnessed an action film with an A-list actor in this format before. The crazy action and the car chases and stunts in the format should be interesting”.

Interestingly, after recent news that Daisy Shah has been signed as one of the three female leads, makers have apparently approached Jacqueline Fernandez for the Abbas-Mustan directorial.

Khan is thought to have asked for Remo D’Souza’s dance film to be put on hold. Although this has been denied by the director, reports suggest he now wants to prioritise ‘Race 3’.
