Kanshi TV begins full video testing for launch this week

Religious channel, Kanshi TV has begun official video testing ahead of its official launch on the Sky platform this week.

BizAsiaLive.com understands that the new channel will be available on the Sky EPG line-up from Thursday 29th June on Sky channel 864. It will broadcast free-to-air.

The channel will also be celebrating the launch of the channel with an on-ground event on Sunday 9th July with a religious event at Kanshi TV studios, Harvills Industrial Estate, Harvills Hawthorn, Hill Top, West Bromwich.

Previously, Kanshi TV acquired daily air-time on Venus TV but it ceased the slot to make way for its own service. The final slot was aired last night on Venus TV.

Video tests of Kanshi TV can be viewed at the following parameters below:

-> Using your Sky Digi remote, go to Services Menu
-> Select System Setup
-> Select Add Channels
-> Enter frequency: 11.112 (H), FEC: 5/6, SR: 22000 / DVB-S / QPSK
-> Find Channels and Press SELECT
-> Highlight “50420″ service and press Yellow button
-> Return to Services Menu
-> Other Channels (6) on STB / (8) on Sky+
-> Click on “50420” to view the channel
