‘Tubelight’ distribution rights sold at Rs. 200 crore?

‘Tubelight’, directed by Kabir Khan, is one of the most anticipated films of 2017. As such, it should come as no surprise that the film’s distribution rights have reportedly been sold at a whopping Rs. 200 crore.

BizAsiaLive.com reported not long ago that the film’s music rights had been bought by Sony Music. Narendra Hirawat’s NH Studios has now acquired the distribution rights for the forthcoming film, according to Box Office Capsule.

The film has apparently been made on a budget of Rs. 100 crore and if the distribution amount being reports is true then the film is already at a profit even before release.
