Shraddha: “People don’t want to settle down”

Shraddha Kapoor is gearing up for her next release ‘Half Girlfriend’, which is based on commitment-phobic relationships.

Talking about the subject, Kapoor was cited in Deccan Chronicle saying, “I definitely think the status of half girlfriend-half boyfriend actually exists. I have seen a lot of my female friends say, ‘I like him but I don’t want to commit fully. Let’s see what happens’… Sometimes people don’t even want to settle down, which is a new thing.”

She added that there should be a free-reign on choosing your partner and not fall under any sort of peer pressure. She said, “Whenever me and my family discuss love marriage, arranged marriage, I feel whatever makes anyone happy, be it an arranged or love marriage, it should be done. Nobody should get hurt in the bargain.”
