‘Ishqbaaaz’ & ‘Dil Boley Oberoi’ not to air on Saturdays

Star Plus will be reducing the telecast of ‘Ishqbaaaz’ and ‘Dil Boley Oberoi’ from this week.

BizAsiaLive.com can confirm that the channel will be using the 22:00 – 23:00 slot on Saturdays and Sundays for a catch-up of episodes of the week’s Star Plus Dopahar shows ‘Tu Sooraj Mein Saanjh, Piyaji’ and ‘Ek Aastha Aisi Bhee’.

‘Ishqbaaaz’ had already been switched from seven days to six days. It is now being reduced further to five days. It may work in the show’s favour as it gains a bigger audience in the week than it does on Saturday nights.

Star Plus is currently pushing its newly created Star Plus Dopahar slot, which started off with record viewership on Monday.
