9XM begins tests off EPG ahead of Sky re-launch

Popular Bollywood music channel 9XM has begun data testing off the Sky Digital EPG ahead of its relaunch in February.

BizAsia.co.uk exclusively reported late last year that 9XM was returning on the satellite platform. This time around, World Media Connect will distribute the channel in UK/Europe.

9XM will officially launch in mid-February. Launch date to be confirmed by BSkyB. Keep it with BizAsia.co.uk for more.

In the meantime, EPG data tests of 9XM can be viewed by manually tuning. Details below of how viewers can tune in:

-> Using your Sky Digi remote, go to Services Menu
-> System Setup (4)
-> Add Channels (4)
-> Enter frequency: 11.488 (V), FEC: 2/3, SR: 27500
-> Find Channels and Press SELECT
-> Highlight “55515” service and press Yellow button.
-> Return to Services Menu
-> Other Channels (6) on STB / (8) on Sky+
-> “55515” should be listed and available
