While the lockdown has delayed movie releases, it seems filmmakers are also in limbo as to whether they should be confirming new release dates now. As such, news has it that multi-starrer ’83’ could be pushed to 2021.

The latest buzz suggests that the film could hit cinemas on 26th January next year, on Indian Republic Day, according to Box Office Worldwide.

Recently, Reliance Entertainment had rubbished rumours of the film now releasing straight to an OTT platform.

The film, which is directed by Kabir Khan, stars Ranveer Singh, Saqib Saleem, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Pankaj Tripathi and a whole host of others.
