Varun Dhawan & Raftaar to collaborate for hip-hop dance festival

As India is gearing up for their biggest hip-hop dance festival ‘Vivid Shuffle’, it will be Varun Dhawan who will be the face for its advertising. Choreographed by renowned Filipino choreographer Ruel Dausan Varindani, it seems, Dhawan has been put to the test.

The song, helmed by Indian singer-rapper Raftaar, is fast, upbeat and is said to get everyone moving to the beat. However, according to Box Office India, Varindani has got Dhawan doing much more, and he’s even got the singer to bust a move too. “Ruel wanted Raftaar and me to do a routine in one go. He really pushed us to get the best out of us,” Dhawan was reported stating.

The festival will kick off next month, split in four categories. The organisers have already started going around India promoting the event to gather public interest. News has it that other major hip-hop/Street dancer will feature during the festival, putting this style of dance on the map as another art form.
